NSK will Set up Precision Machinery Subsidiary in Shenyang

Seiko NSK Bearings company announced that it would set up subsidiary which mainly engages ball screws and linear guide precision machinery manufacturing and sales in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. New company was named "NSK Precision Machinery Shenyang". It is scheduled to be set up in August 2009 and start in April 2010. Registered capital reach 35 million U.S. dollars, full funded by nsk bearings, Japan.
Japan NSK Bearings estimated that ball screws and linear guide precision machinery products will continue to grow in the future of emerging markets in China and othwe developing countiries. In order to supply of quality and outstanding cost-competitive products timely and stable, NSK decided to set up a new company in China.
In addition, NSK company will adjust production system in the steering wheel business in Europe. AS a result, NSK Steering Systems Europe (NSSE) located in the United Kingdom will be closed. Before the mid-2010 century, NSK will transfer NSSE to Poland NSK Steering Systems Europe (Poland, NSSP). NSSP needs will be more committed to expanding the production of electric power steering wheel, the supply of high quality, competitive products.
