NSK Brought out Low-torque Grease Sealed Bearings

NSK bearings developed a low-torque grease sealed bearings for motors which could control for the car throttle of intake and exhaust and EGR (ExhaustGasRe-circulationSystem) motors. Generally speaking, in order to reduce the torque, the motor is running rotating while the motor is being installed. In this way, we chould reduce initial resistance of Lubricants and viscosity of base oils. However, this method still has one question, that is not only rotation would takes run-time, but also it would cause shorten use-life at high temperatures after lowering the base oil viscosity. Therefore, NSK bearings reduce the grease resistance by adding nano-particles to it. As a result, comparing with before, it not only stabilize torque quickly, but also could keep a longer use-life at a high temperature.
What NSK added into the grease is added ceramic particles, "which will link the based oil ingredients like a chain so that make grease performance stronger". The name and particle size of a specific material were not publicized. In before, grease could access to transportation surface  because of weak shearing force. However, the new grease need stronger shearing force when the it accessing to transportation surface so that the amount of attachment grease could reach the right amount on the track and the surface of rolling ball.
With this method, initial torque could be stabilized in a short period of time and rotation time will reduce 70% than before. In addition, the constant torque will reduce the 30% (100 ℃, when used )than before. It also realizate the same or a higher life expectancy of grease with previous sintering.
