Treatment Methods of NSK Bearings Temperature Increment

The phenomenon of temperature increment easily occurs in the use of NSK Bearings. When NSK Bearings the temperature rises, first we should determine whether we do the misoperation or not. If it does rise, the following treatment should:
1. To check the cooling water pressure, water and pipeline systems works smoothly. If water pressure is low, it might be the filter was jammed. In case of dealing with irregularity,it might be deal with under downtime. When it is confirmed to work, and then put it into use.
2. To check the hydraulic governor. If the oil pressure is low, it might give rise to cooling water hydraulic valves closed.
3. To check bearings has abnormal sound or not and test bearings swing is abnormal or not.
4. To observe oil-like whether has color changes and do testing to see its quality. If confirm oil degradated, we should shutdown and replaced it with new oil.
5. To check the oil level is normal or not. If it is non-normal, check whether the tank platoon valve is closed. If it has already been closed, the oil should be added. If it is sealed pad leaks oil, it should be dealt with downtime.
