The Maintenance of INA Bearings

Cleaning of INA bearings should followed:
when we want to demount INA bearing and do maintenance and repair INA bearing. First of all, we should record INA bearings appearance , confirm the remaining amount of lubricant and get the sample of inspection lubricant then clean INA bearing. We generally use gasoline or kerosene as cleaning agent.
The cleaning of INA bearings are devided into two parts, rough cleaning and fine cleaning. In order that INA bearings cannot contact the dirt in the containers, we should firstly put metal net placed on the bottom of the containers. While rough cleaning, if INA bearings rotate with the dirt, it would make the rolling surface damaged. So we should pay attention to it.
