Faults Identification Method of INA Bearings

In order to improve productivity, not through the demolition inspection, but also could identify or predict whether INA bearings have failure is the most effective.

The main identification method are:

a) Voice recognition method
   Through voice identification, it must be fully trained to be able to recognize the voice of non-INA Bearing and INA bearing. For this reason, it should be to carry out this work by hands. Using listening devices or listening rod attached to the shell can be clearly heard the voice of INA bearings.

b) Operating Temperature recognition method
   This method belongs to comparison recognition method. It is only use in running condition not change much. To this end, we must conduct a continuous record of temperature. If there’s failure, not only temperature will get high, but also occurs irregular changes.

c) Lubricant state identification method
    Sampling and analysis lubricant, through its pollution level to check whether it is mixed with metal powder and foreign body or not. This method is particularly effective to large INA bearings which can not be close to observed.
