Single-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings can withstand single-direction axial load. Double-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings can withstand double-direction axial load. In Double-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings, rings fit the axis and the bearing whose seat ring installation surface are spherical, can reduce the influence of the installation error due to its self-aligning properties.
Nevertheless, Thrust Ball Bearings can not bear radial load and with lower speed limits.
Thrust Ball Bearings are applied to machine elements which bear single side axial load and with the lower the mechanical speed, such as crane hooks, immediately water pumps, immediately centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducer and so on.
